This is an interesting talk that I watched on T.E.D. recently. This is given by an accomplished Indian persona (Devdutt Pattanaik) in business (although he trained to be a medical doctor before).
He brings the topic of objective vs subjective worlds and how it works with people, cultures, clashes. He offers several tips on how to handle the process of doing business with Indians in India. Definitely worth the twenty minutes of your time (18min).
