Have to give a BIG shout out to WORDLE - an online tool that helps you create Word Clouds based on frequency from any text or blog. I ran it on this blog and customized by right clicking the words that were too common (like 1/4, 1/2, cut etc - my cooking focused blog)

and generated this neat looking wordle of ~ 40 words

Colorful Cooking

Spicetruck has been dishing out more colorful cooking episodes. Keeping in tune with our header (okra) above, we ventured into an attempt to skype out a live cooking episode. The results of those are in the youtube video below! Check it out and learn how to make crispy okra!

You will need:

A very basic homestyle method to dice up okra and cook it (saute/stir fry method) 

Fresh okra (preferred), else precut frozen okra. 

Do not use canned okra, if there is any such thing.

Cummin seeds, turmeric,hing (asafoetida) salt and litte bit of oil.

Yellow split lentils or peanuts (optional).

Black Pepper or red chilli powder.
